Ibis Advantage was formed by Fiona Hering to help meet and support the needs of leading hospitality and lifestyle businesses in central London and beyond. Having worked directly for some of the most influential London restaurants, hotels, venues and bars, Fiona identified an opportunity to offer the same, high quality marketing solutions from a cost effective outsourced solution.
Fiona and her support team officially launched Ibis Advantage in January 2009 at the height of the ‘credit crunch’. The business is aimed squarely at those companies that expect quality marketing support with no nonsense practical advice and solutions. Ibis Advantage is refreshingly gimmick free and based on a firm understanding of how our industry works.
Data collection and geographic knowledge is at the hub of a dynamic marketing system that includes both conventional and online marketing. Our promotional packages will help businesses get the most from customers, opinion formers, networking opportunities and the local community.

Following University Fiona worked within the Marketing department of the 5 star Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Since that time she has overseen the launch of Michelin star restaurants Amaya & Foliage, and has been responsible for the marketing and communications of Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy, Hush, the relaunch of Villandry Restaurants and openings within the Masala Zone and Kitchen Italia restaurant chains. Her marketing experience also extends to marketing Spas, Bars, Venues and Hairdressing establishments.
